About the Author
Mohammad Samir is the founder of SportRush, an independent sports news platform he started in 2026. He is the writer behind the site's articles and directs all of its coverage, from football and cricket to tennis, motorsport and the other sports SportRush covers.
Every article on SportRush is published under his name. Each story starts from real, recent sports news reported by verified sources — established sports outlets, leagues, clubs and governing bodies — and is written in original words from the verified facts, never copied or lightly rewritten.
Before publication, every story is checked against stories already published on SportRush to make sure it is not a duplicate, and checked to confirm the event it reports is genuinely current rather than an older story republished with a new date. Scores, results, transfers, injuries and quotations are checked against reliable sources before publication.
Every article shows its author and publication date near the title, so readers always know who wrote it and when it was published. Articles that rely on another outlet's reporting credit the original source.
Photographs are used only where SportRush has a lawful basis to publish them: freely licensed images from Wikimedia Commons, with attribution, official press galleries that allow editorial use, or free stock libraries for generic images. Each picture is checked to match the team, gender, age group and event in the story.
The SportRush Desk byline is reserved for future articles produced collaboratively by an editorial team.
When a factual error is found, SportRush corrects it promptly and transparently. Readers can report a possible error by emailing [email protected] with the headline or link and the information they believe is wrong. How corrections are handled is set out in the Corrections policy, and the rules every story is expected to meet are in the Editorial Standards.
Questions, news tips and feedback can be sent to [email protected] or through the SportRush Contact page.
