EDITORIAL STANDARDS

Accuracy, clarity, fairness, and responsible sports reporting.

SportRush aims to publish accurate and clearly presented sports news. Information should be checked against reliable sources before publication, especially scores, transfers, injuries, disciplinary decisions, records, quotations, and breaking developments.

Headlines and summaries should reflect the substance of the story and should not intentionally mislead readers. Opinion, analysis, and reporting should be distinguishable when the difference matters.

When a meaningful factual error is discovered, SportRush should correct the story promptly. Developing stories may be updated as reliable new information becomes available.

SportRush seeks fair coverage of athletes, teams, leagues, countries, and fan communities. Editorial decisions should not be influenced by advertisers or commercial partners.

Images and other media should be used only when SportRush has permission, a valid license, or another lawful basis to publish them.

Source attribution should make the basis of reporting clear. Automated publishing tools do not remove the need to verify facts and add useful context. Republishing another outlet’s article or publishing repeated versions of the same event without meaningful new information is not our editorial standard.
