United States Storm Home to Win 2026 World Junior Girls Golf Championship
The United States shot a collective even par on the final day at Brampton Golf Club to win the 2026 World Junior Girls Golf Championship by five shots over defending champions South Korea, securing America's second team title.

The United States produced a composed final-day performance at Brampton Golf Club to claim the 2026 World Junior Girls Golf Championship, holding off defending champions South Korea to win by five shots.
The Americans posted a collective even par on the final day in Brampton, Ontario, to finish the tournament at 15-under par — five clear of the Republic of Korea, who settled for second at 10-under. Host nation Canada, represented by Team Canada I, finished third at 7-under in the event presented by BFL CANADA.
The triumph is America's second team title in the championship's history, following their inaugural victory back in 2014. South Korea, winners in 2015, 2019, 2024 and 2025, were unable to defend their crown despite a typically strong week.
The final-day scoring that mattered for the U.S. came from Anna Fang with a 1-under 70, Mia Clausen with a 1-over 72, and Amelie Zalsman with a 2-over 73. Head coach Tiffany Joh praised her team's composure down the stretch as they closed out the title.
Individual honours went to England's Lauren Crump, who closed with a 1-under 70 to secure the individual title and with it an exemption into the 2027 CPKC Women's Open — a fitting reward for the week's standout individual performance.
