UFC 333 Title Fights Official: Volkanovski and Evloev Make Weight in Abu Dhabi

Saturday's double-title-fight card in Abu Dhabi is officially on. Alexander Volkanovski and Movsar Evloev both made weight at Friday's official UFC 333 weigh-ins at the host hotel, clearing the way for their featherweight championship clash at the Etihad Arena.

Volkanovski tipped the scales at 144.5 pounds, while the undefeated Evloev came in at 145. The champion (28-4 MMA, 15-3 UFC) makes the second defence of his featherweight crown against Evloev (20-0 MMA, 10-0 UFC), who fights for his first UFC title after an unblemished run through the division.

The co-main event is also locked in: bantamweight champion Petr Yan puts his belt on the line in a trilogy fight with Merab Dvalishvili, with Yan installed as a -160 favourite and Dvalishvili at +135.

The card streams on Paramount+ from Yas Island. Thursday's face-off between Volkanovski and Evloev had already set the tone; Friday's clean weigh-ins mean nothing now stands between the fighters and one of the biggest cards of the year.
