The LIV Golf exodus continued Friday as Tom McKibbin announced he will not sign with the league for its next chapter, ending two seasons with Legion XIII.

"After two seasons with Legion XIII, I have decided not to sign with LIV Golf for its next chapter," the Northern Irishman said in a statement posted to Instagram. "I will be playing a full schedule on the DP World Tour in 2027."

McKibbin becomes the latest in a wave of departures ahead of the league's Sunday, October 25 player decision deadline, joining Jon Rahm, Tyrrell Hatton, Sergio Garcia, Ian Poulter, Louis Oosthuizen, Charles Howell III, Abraham Ancer, Branden Grace, David Puig, Lucas Herbert and Thomas Pieters in walking away.

Those confirmed to stay include Richard Bland, Cameron Tringale, Brendan Steele and Ben Campbell. The upheaval comes as LIV restructures through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings following the end of financial backing from the Saudi Public Investment Fund.

McKibbin's return to the DP World Tour sets up an intriguing 2027 as the 22-year-old rebuilds his career in traditional golf.
