Shih Leads Wistron Ladies Open After Back-to-Back 66s
Cheng-Hsuan Shih leads the Wistron Ladies Open at 12 under after consecutive rounds of 66 at Sunrise Golf and Country Club.

Cheng-Hsuan Shih holds the lead at the halfway mark of the Wistron Ladies Open after back-to-back rounds of 66 at Sunrise Golf and Country Club. The Chinese Taipei star, who won the inaugural edition of the event in 2020, fired a second-round 66 featuring seven birdies against a single bogey to reach 12 under par. P.K. Kongkraphan equalled the course record with a 63 to sit alone in second place on 11 under, one shot back, while England's Hannah Screen is in outright third on 10 under after another round of 67. Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini is in solo sixth after a round of 66 on day two. The cut fell at one under par, with 63 players making it through to the weekend. The third round begins at 8 a.m. local time, with the leading group teeing off at 11:55 a.m., and Shih will look to turn her 36-hole advantage into a second Wistron title on a course where low scoring has been the story all week.
