Sale Wins HotelPlanner Tour Grand Final as Brown Tops Road to Mallorca Rankings

Julien Sale produced a dominant final round to win the HotelPlanner Tour Grand Final, while Hamish Brown held on to the season-long Road to Mallorca title in a dramatic finale in Mallorca. Sale, who was already guaranteed promotion to the DP World Tour, posted his second 65 of the week to reach 22 under par, four strokes clear at Club de Golf Alcanada. The Frenchman started the day with a one-stroke advantage and seized control with four front-nine birdies, before three birdies in his final six holes sealed his second HotelPlanner Tour triumph of 2026. He ends the year second on the rankings and will step up to golf's global tour for the first time, becoming the fifth Frenchman to win the Grand Final. Brown, meanwhile, became the fifth Dane to win the Road to Mallorca Rankings after a closing 67 took him to 18 under and solo second, surviving a late scare when South African MJ Daffue's birdie putt slid by on the 72nd hole. The 27-year-old's consistency across the season earned him the title, with Dutchman Lars van der Vight third and Sweden's Christofer Blomstrand fourth.
