Rodgers One Touchdown Away From Passing Manning on All-Time List

Aaron Rodgers stands one throw from history. If the Steelers quarterback tosses a touchdown pass on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts, it will be the 580th of his NFL career including playoffs, lifting him past Peyton Manning's 579 and into sole possession of third place on the all-time list, per ProFootballTalk.

Rodgers and Manning are currently tied at 579. The two legends arrived there differently: Manning threw 539 touchdowns in the regular season and 40 in the playoffs, while Rodgers has 534 in the regular season and 45 in the postseason. By uniform, Manning threw 428 scores for the Colts and 151 for the Broncos; Rodgers threw 520 for the Packers, 28 for the Jets and has added 31 as a Steeler.

Rodgers, who has said this will be his final NFL season, is unlikely to catch Drew Brees (608) for second and will not reach Tom Brady's 737 at the top. He enters Sunday coming off a 299-yard, three-touchdown performance against Cleveland.
