Pina Scores Four as Barcelona Rout Real Madrid 7-0 in Clásico Thrashing

Barcelona produced a Clásico demolition on Sunday, sweeping Real Madrid aside 7-0 to tighten their grip on the Liga F summit. Clàudia Pina was the star of the afternoon, finding the net four times as the champions ran riot against their fiercest rivals and opened a five-point gap at the top of the table.

The result underlined the gulf Barcelona continue to enjoy over the rest of Spanish women's football. Real Madrid, expected to provide a genuine test on home soil, were simply swept away by the relentlessness of the visitors' attacking play, with Pina's predatory finishing the cutting edge of a ruthless team performance.

For Madrid, the heavy defeat raises uncomfortable questions about how to bridge the gap to a Barcelona side that shows no sign of slowing down. For the Blaugrana, the statement victory keeps their title defence firmly on course, and Pina's four-goal haul will live long in Clásico memory.
