Petersen Stuns Cisneros as Knockouts Rock BKFC Fight Night Bethlehem
Underdog Ryan Petersen stopped heavy favorite Gregoris Cisneros in the first round to cap a knockout-filled BKFC Fight Night in Bethlehem.

Ryan Petersen produced the upset of the night at BKFC Fight Night Bethlehem on Friday, storming back from early trouble to stop Gregoris Cisneros with a first-round TKO at 1:59 of the main-event welterweight clash. Cisneros arrived as the heavy favorite, having knocked out UFC veteran Cameron VanCamp in the first round of his BKFC debut, and he started brightly against Petersen. But Petersen weathered the early storm, stayed on feet, and unleashed a finish just before the bell to silence the favorite. The main event was one of eight stoppages across the 11-fight card, with all scheduled bouts going ahead. Sean Schultz needed just 1:47 of the first round to knock out Lex Ludlow at cruiserweight, while Antonio Castillo Jr. stopped Jay Haas in the second round at lightweight and Douglas LoBasso halted Justin Walters in the opening round at middleweight. Mike Liberto also scored a first-round knockout over Jojo Schillizzi at light heavyweight. On the free-fight prelims, Brian Newman took only 21 seconds to finish Mark Culp at heavyweight. The night belonged to Petersen, whose buzzer-beater comeback against Cisneros sets him up as a name to watch in BKFC's welterweight ranks.
