Kings Finally Crack the Win Column With 115-100 Victory in Dallas
Sacramento became the last NBA team to win this season as Darius Acuff Jr. led the Kings past Dallas 115-100 on Monday night.

The Sacramento Kings are no longer the NBA's only winless team after a 115-100 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night. Darius Acuff Jr. scored a game-high 25 points to lead the visiting Kings, who improved to 1-6 and became the last team in the league to crack the win column this season. Malik Monk added 24 points off the bench and Zach LaVine finished with 23, while Leaky Black chipped in 12 points and four steals and Precious Achiuwa pulled down 10 rebounds in a balanced Sacramento performance. Sacramento led by just one at half-time before opening the third quarter with an 8-2 run to seize control. Acuff then scored seven consecutive Kings points, capped by a three-pointer from the top of the key that stretched the lead to 106-91 and effectively settled the contest. The Kings shot 44.2 percent from three-point range, making 19 of 43 attempts, while Dallas managed only 21.2 percent from deep. Daniel Gafford and Walter Clayton Jr. scored 20 points apiece for the Mavericks, whose three-game winning streak came to an end. Dallas played without Kyrie Irving, who sat out for left knee injury management, and will look to regroup quickly after a night when Sacramento's shooting and bench scoring proved too much.
