Félix Brace Powers Al-Nassr to 6-2 Rout of Pakhtakor in Tashkent

Al-Nassr produced a ruthless away display in Tashkent, running out 6-2 winners over Pakhtakor in the AFC Champions League Elite. João Félix was at the heart of the rout, scoring twice to underline his growing influence since arriving in Saudi Arabia. The Portuguese forward opened his account early and kept Pakhtakor's defence stretched throughout, as the visitors built an advantage they never looked like surrendering. Sadio Mané was also among the scorers, adding to a scoreline that reflected Al-Nassr's dominance in the final third. Pakhtakor did find the net twice, including a late consolation, but they were second best for long stretches against a side packed with attacking quality. The result strengthens Al-Nassr's position in the continental competition and sends a warning to the rest of the field: when their front line clicks, few defences in Asia can live with them. For Pakhtakor, the heavy home defeat leaves work to do if they are to stay in contention for the knockout rounds.
