England Produce Stunning 7-0 Rout in Croatia in Nations League Statement

England finally delivered the complete performance their captain had been promising, storming to a 7-0 victory over Croatia that left supporters savouring every minute. Harry Kane had repeatedly insisted that a dominant 90-minute display was lurking just beneath the surface — on Sunday night, it finally arrived.

The visitors were relentless from the first whistle, tearing through Croatia with the kind of fluid, ruthless attacking football that has long been expected of this squad. The seven-goal margin reflected England's total dominance, and it is a result that will send a message across the UEFA Nations League.

With Matchday 4 fixtures arriving on Monday — including heavyweight ties like France vs Belgium and Italy vs Türkiye — England's statement win sets the bar. The question now is whether this was a one-off explosion or the arrival of the sustained, ruthless England Kane has been talking about.
