Eagles' Sirianni Among Three NFL Coaches Facing $250,000 Fines Over Officials Conduct
Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer reports that Nick Sirianni, Mike Vrabel and Aaron Glenn each face $250,000 fines for their conduct toward game officials — penalties currently held "in abeyance."

Three NFL head coaches are facing six-figure fines for their conduct toward game officials, according to a report from Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer.
Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni, New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel and New York Jets coach Aaron Glenn are each facing $250,000 penalties, per Breer's report. The fines are currently "in abeyance" — placed on hold — and could be withdrawn if the coaches demonstrate good behaviour going forward.
The league has not disclosed when the fines were issued or whether they stem from individual incidents or a broader pattern of behaviour toward officials.
Asked about the matter at his Thursday news conference, Sirianni kept his cards close. "I won't get into my conversations with the league," he said. "I just keep that at that."
The development arrives at a difficult moment for Philadelphia, with Sirianni experiencing the first four-game losing streak of his six-year tenure. It also follows the NFL's ongoing sportsmanship push, with executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent addressing standards at Wednesday's owners' meetings — and line judge Jeff Seeman receiving a two-game suspension after an incident involving Arizona tight end Trey McBride.
