Eagles Open Practice Windows for Landon Dickerson and Three Others
Philadelphia moved four injured players a step closer to returning Wednesday, opening practice windows for Pro Bowl guard Landon Dickerson, defensive back Jakorian Bennett and tight ends Grant Calcaterra and Eli Stowers.

The Philadelphia Eagles moved four injured players closer to a return on Wednesday, opening their practice windows ahead of the Week 6 matchup with Carolina. Guard Landon Dickerson, defensive back Jakorian Bennett and tight ends Grant Calcaterra and Eli Stowers all resumed practicing while remaining on injured reserve.
The team now has 21 days to evaluate each player before activating them to the 53-man roster. Wednesday's announcement does not guarantee any of them suit up Sunday. Head coach Nick Sirianni said earlier in the day the club was still working through Dickerson's status.
Dickerson's possible return would be the biggest boost: the three-time Pro Bowl left guard has missed four games with a knee injury since the season-opening win over Washington, and Philadelphia's ground game has sputtered, producing just 22 yards on 18 carries against Jacksonville. Bennett would give defensive coordinator Vic Fangio another option in the secondary, while Calcaterra and Stowers could reinforce a tight end room that has been shuffling pieces all season. Stowers, the No. 54 overall pick in April's draft, has yet to make his regular-season debut after landing on injured reserve before the opener.
Philadelphia also announced the signing of defensive back Dean Clark to the practice squad. The Eagles enter Sunday at 2-3 after three consecutive losses.
