Canelo vs Mbilli: Ring Walks, Card and PPV Details for Saturday's Riyadh Title Fight

Boxing's biggest star returns to the ring on Saturday as Saul "Canelo" Alvarez challenges unbeaten Christian Mbilli for the WBC super-middleweight title at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is Canelo's first fight since Terence Crawford outpointed him in Las Vegas in September 2025 to take his undisputed crown, and the Mexican great now begins his bid to win his old belts back one at a time, starting with the WBC strap he first won in December 2020. Mbilli, who is 29-0-1 with 24 knockouts, makes the first defence of the full WBC title after being elevated from interim champion, having fought Lester Martinez to a split draw in his last outing. Both men made weight on Friday, Canelo at 167.6 pounds and Mbilli at 167.8. The card streams live on DAZN pay-per-view, priced at $79.99 in the United States, with coverage beginning at 1 p.m. ET and ring walks expected at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. The undercard features two more world title fights, with Jaime Munguia defending his WBA super-middleweight title against Nikita Zon and Rafael Espinoza defending his WBO featherweight crown against Ricardo Blandon.
